Implement Systematic Racism Worksheet

Systematic racism is hard to identify much less address in a community setting.  This tool will help a community take a look at itself in a way that can be used to root out racism.  It should be done with due concern for the kind of sensitive undertaking that this is.

A representative group of the community should be involved, these people need to be committed to the task and to honestly fighting racism.  Leadership of the community also needs to be committed to the process and agree to work with the representative group.

The process will be different for each community but a plan should be made beforehand as to how to proceed in a way that fits with the community culture and expectations.
