The Evening Will Honor Two Immigrant Justice Leaders

Sidney Hollander, a Founding member of Chicago Metropolitan Sanctuary Alliance and Chicago New Sanctuary Coalition, former board president of Jewish Council on Urban Affairs and Member of KAM Isaiah Israel Congregation and continues to be a leader today with the Sanctuary Movement.

And

Sister Mary McCauley BVM, was the pastoral administrator at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in Postville, Iowa at the time of the massive immigration raid at the local Agri Processing Plant and led efforts to meet the needs of the families and the community. She is a powerful witness to the struggle for justice.
